Ever since I started renting out my townhouse seven years ago, Patrick McKenzie has been my property manager and it has been one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to my property. I was extremely fortunate to find Patrick after reaching out to a few other managers that ultimately did not work out. In my opinion Patrick has been the ideal property manager. He is always looking out for my best interest while being fair with the tenants. While I make the final decisions, he is not afraid to be firm in his position. When he stands firmly about an opinion it’s usually good advise if not legally required. One of the best things about Patrick is that he genuinely cares for the tenant’s situation. I think it is important that the tenants don’t feel like a number. He has a great working relationship with my tenants. The property is kept in good shape, tenants are understanding when things need to be fixed, and the rent is paid timely.
